Known primarily for its steel-related heritage and 446 bridges, Pittsburgh sits at the confluence of the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers, which meet to form the Ohio River.
Kick off your visit on the 13th (Fri): stop by Larrimor's and then take a stroll through The Strip District. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 14th (Sat): take in the awesome beauty at Mount Washington, then get engrossed in the history at Photo Antiquities Museum of Photographic History, then identify plant and animal life at Beechwood Farms Nature Reserve, and finally admire the landmark architecture of Hartwood Acres.
