Rightly calling itself "America's Hometown," Plymouth holds a prominent place in the nation's history and culture as the site of the first Puritan colony.
Burial Hill and Seamen's Bethel will appeal to history buffs. Discover out-of-the-way places like Nantasket Beach and Fort Taber Park. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Plymouth: Hancock Cemetery (in Quincy), St. Anthony of Padua Church (in New Bedford) and World's End (in Hingham).
