Isabela is a municipality of Puerto Rico (U.S.) located in the north-western region of the island, north of San Sebastián; west of Quebradillas; and east of Aguadilla and Moca. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Steps Beach and Survival Beach. You'll discover tucked-away gems like Fathom Charters and Paseo Lineal. Isla de Vieques — 5 nights

Isla Nena

For sixty years until 2003, most of the Isla de Vieques was closed off to the public, with the US Navy using the island's beaches and surrounding waters for drills and testing of new military machinery, such as bombs.
Visit Black Sand Beach and Playa Monte Santo for some beach relaxation. Do some cultural sightseeing at Museo El Fortin de Conde Mirasol and Siddhia Hutchinson Fine Art Gallery. There's still lots to do: enjoy the sand and surf at Playa Pata Prieta, soothe aching muscles at some of the top local wellness centers, stroll through El Gallito Beach, and get a dose of the wild on El Viequense Sea Tours.
