For most people, any mention of Orlando immediately conjures up images of sprawling theme parks filled with characters plucked right out of popular animated movies.Explore hidden gems such as Lake Eola Park and Orlando Science Center. Explore Orlando's surroundings by going to Castaways Point Park (in Palm Bay), Sunken Gardens (in St. Petersburg) and Lake Wailes Park (in Lake Wales). Have a day of magic on the 4th (Sun) at Walt Disney World Resort. There's lots more to do: don't miss a visit to Tree of Life, get a new perspective on nature at SKELETONS: Museum of Osteology, admire the natural beauty at Harry P. You can fly from Miami to Orlando in 3.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Miami in March, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be a bit cooler in Orlando, with lows of 17°C. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 6th (Tue) to allow enough time to travel back home.
