With much of Culebra a nature refuge, the tropical island has been protected from overdevelopment, chain hotels, and the cruise set.
Step off the beaten path and head to Tamarindo Beach and Playa Punta Soldado Beach. Step out of the city life by going to Culebrita Island and Jerry’s Jeep Rental.
