Luckenbach is an unincorporated community thirteen miles (19 km) from Fredericksburg in southeastern Gillespie County, Texas, United States, part of the Texas Hill Country. Kick off your visit on the 14th (Tue): stop by Luckenbach Texas General Store, do a tasting at Sister Creek Vineyards, then brush up on your knowledge of spirits at Hill Country Distillers, and finally pause for some photo ops at Treue Der Union Monument. On the next day, play a few rounds at Buckhorn Golf Course and then look for all kinds of wild species at James Kiehl River Bend Park.
