Georgetown is a city in and the county seat of Williamson County, Texas, United States, with a population of 47,400 at the 2010 census and a population of 63,716 at the 2016 Census estimate.It is 30 miles from Austin. Kick off your visit on the 4th (Sat): Head underground at Inner Space Cavern, then head outdoors with Sun City Texas, and then stop by On the Square.

Grand Junction to Georgetown is an approximately 17-hour car ride. You can also do a combination of flight and car; or drive. The time zone difference moving from Mountain Standard Time (MST) to Central Standard Time (CST) is 1 hour. Traveling from Grand Junction in July, Georgetown is a bit warmer at night with lows of 74°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 5th (Sun) so you can travel to San Antonio.

As the state’s second largest city, San Antonio embodies Texas’ rich cultural heritage while maintaining the Old West charm of an oil town.
Popular historic sites such as The Alamo and San Fernando De Bexar Cathedral are in your itinerary. Head to The San Antonio River Walk and Tower of the Americasfor plenty of shopping. Explore San Antonio's surroundings by going to Fredericksburg (National Museum of the Pacific War, Grape Creek Vineyards on Main, &more). Pack the 9th (Thu) with family-friendly diversions at SeaWorld. There's still lots to do: steep yourself in history at Mission San Jose, browse the exhibits of The Guenther House Museum, Head underground at Natural Bridge Caverns, and take in nature's colorful creations at Japanese Tea Gardens.
