A genuine cowboy city, Cody is famous for its nightly rodeos and its proximity to the protected wilderness areas of the world's first national park, now designated as one of the country's World Heritage Sites.
Kick off your visit on the 1st (Mon): see the interesting displays at Pryor Mountain Wild Mustang Center, admire all the interesting features of Chief Joseph Hwy, and then look for all kinds of wild species at Dead Indian Summit Overlook. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 2nd (Tue): admire the sheer force of The Buffalo Bill Reservoir, get a new perspective on nature at Draper Natural History Museum, and then admire the masterpieces at Whitney Western Art Museum.

Camden to Cody is an approximately 11-hour combination of car and flight. You can also drive. The time zone difference moving from Central Standard Time to Mountain Standard Time is minus 1 hour. Prepare for little chillier weather when traveling from Camden in May: high temperatures in Cody hover around 62°F and lows are around 42°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Tue) to allow enough time to drive to Thermopolis.

Thermopolis is the largest town in, and the county seat of Hot Springs County, Wyoming, United States. Casper is a city in and the county seat of Natrona County, Wyoming, United States.
