Hana is one of the most isolated communities in Hawaii, with a permanent population of just over 1,000 people.
Shop till you drop at Laura Mango Art Gallery and Hana Coast Gallery. Visit Red Sand Beach - Kaihalulu Beach and Hamoa Beach for some beach relaxation. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Hana: Wailua Valley State Wayside Park (in Kula) and Kipahulu (Charles Lindbergh's Grave & Palapala Ho'omau Church). The adventure continues: tour the pleasant surroundings at Pools at Ohe'o, appreciate the history behind Fagan's Cross, get great views at Ke‘anae Point, and stop by Hana Tropicals.

Stretching over 9.7 km (6 mi) of pristine south Maui coastline, Kihei is the island's driest and sunniest region, making it a perfect location for water activities and beach leisure.
Explore hidden gems such as Makena Beach and Wailea Beach Path. Maria Lanakila Catholic Church and Saint Theresa Roman Catholic Church are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Get out of town with these interesting Kihei side-trips: Lahaina (Baby Beach & Lahaina Banyan Court). The adventure continues: kick back and relax at Big Beach, see some colorful creatures with a scuba or snorkeling tour, get outside with Maui Diamond Sea Sports, and stroll through Kamaole Beach Park II.
