Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Chutters and The Gallery at WREN. Museum-lovers will appreciate AVA Gallery and Art Center and Enfield Shaker Museum. Step out of Lincoln with an excursion to just L Modern Antiques in Littleton--about 44 minutes away. There's still lots to do: identify plant and animal life at Lost River Gorge and Boulder Caves, explore the striking landscape at Flume Gorge, whizz through the canopy at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks, and see the interesting displays at New England Ski Museum.
