Brussels, Belgium to New York City is an approximately 12-hour flight. You can fly from New York City to Orlando in 6.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a bus. In July, daily temperatures in Orlando can reach 38°C, while at night they dip to 28°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 30th (Sat) to allow enough time to travel back home.
