Finish your sightseeing early on the 22nd (Sat) to allow enough time to drive to Hilton Head.

Traveling by car from Savannah to Hilton Head takes an hour. Alternatively, you can take a bus. In April in Hilton Head, expect temperatures between 74°F during the day and 59°F at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 27th (Thu) to allow time to travel back home.
