Seattle

— 5 nights

Emerald City

Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.
Relax by the water at Alki Beach and Doris Cooper Houghton Beach Park. Chihuly Garden and Glass and Seattle Art Museum are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Seattle: Edmonds (Meadowdale Beach Park & Marina Beach Park), Olympic National Park (Mount Walker & Lower Big Quilcene Trail) and Seahurst Beach Park (in Burien). There's still lots to do: take a stroll through Pike Place Market, buy something for everyone on your list at City Centre, enjoy breathtaking views from Space Needle, and observe the fascinating underwater world at Seattle Aquarium.
