Pioneertown, California, is an unincorporated community in the Morongo Basin region of southern California's Inland Empire Metropolitan Area, on Pioneertown Road at Route 62 in the town of Yucca Valley. Start off your visit on the 4th (Sat): see the interesting displays at Hi-Desert Nature Museum, then walk around Desert Christ Park, and then go for a walk through Pioneertown. An old logging town at the crux of the high desert and ponderosa pine forest, Bend melds a love of the outdoors with cosmopolitan flair.
Start off your visit on the 9th (Thu): hike along Falls Creek Trail to Green Lake and then trek along Pilot Butte State Scenic Viewpoint.
