The tiny town of Friday Harbor is the largest village on the San Juan Islands, and it fits within just 2.6 km (1 sq mi) of space.
Take a break from the city and head to San Juan Co Park and Lime Kiln Point State Park. Step off the beaten path and head to Pelindaba Lavender Farm and Dolphin & Whale Watching. There's lots more to do: get outside with Springtide Paddlesports, take in the history at American Camp, and see the interesting displays at The Whale Museum.
