Ada is a city in and the county seat of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, United States. Step off the beaten path and head to The Endangered Ark Foundation and Turkey Mountain Urban Wilderness Area. Escape the urban bustle at Tucker Tower Nature Center and Turner Falls Park. Get out of town with these interesting Ada side-trips: Raymond Gary State Park (in Fort Towson), Wildlife Heritage Center Museum (in Antlers) and Arrowhead State Park (in Canadian). Next up on the itinerary: look for gifts at Lovera's Italian Market, tour the pleasant surroundings at River Parks, admire the majestic nature at Eisenhower State Park, and hike along McGee Creek State Park.
