Traveling from Fairbanks in February, expect nights in Anchorage to be much hotter, around 15°F, while days are a bit warmer, around 28°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 7th (Fri) to allow enough time to travel to Homer.

You can do a combination of car and flight from Anchorage to Homer in 2.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or do a combination of car and bus. Expect a bit warmer temperatures when traveling from Anchorage in February; daily highs in Homer reach 36°F and lows reach 25°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 9th (Sun) to allow enough time to travel to Juneau.

Juneau is an unusual state capital in many respects.

Start off your visit on the 10th (Mon): head outdoors with Northern Passages and Glacier Bay and then explore the striking landscape at Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center. You can fly from Homer to Juneau in 5.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of bus and flight; or do a combination of bus, car, and ferry. In February, plan for daily highs up to 36°F, and evening lows to 24°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 11th (Tue) early enough to travel to Sitka.

The City and Borough of Sitka, formerly Novo-Arkhangelsk, or New Archangel under Russian rule, is a unified city-borough located on Baranof Island and the southern half of Chichagof Island in the Alexander Archipelago of the Pacific Ocean (part of the Alaska Panhandle), in the U.S. Kick off your visit on the 12th (Wed): admire the majestic nature at Sitka National Historic Park/Totem Park, then see the interesting displays at Sheldon Jackson Museum, and then indulge your thirst for a good beer at Baranof Island Brewing Company.

Getting from Juneau to Sitka by flight takes about 2 hours. Other options: ride a ferry. Plan for somewhat warmer temperatures traveling from Juneau in February, with highs in Sitka at 42°F and lows at 33°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 12th (Wed) so you can travel to Ketchikan.
