Alexandria — 5 nights
Alexandria is a city and the county seat of Douglas County, Minnesota. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Alexandria: Thomsen's Greenhouse (in Saint Joseph), Quarry Park and Nature Preserve (in Waite Park) and Munsinger Gardens (in Saint Cloud). There's still lots to do: admire the majestic nature at Itasca State Park, find something for the whole family at Casey’s Amusement Park, examine the collection at Minnesota Lakes Maritime Museum, and contemplate the waterfront views at Lake Miltona.
