Getting from San Francisco to Los Angeles by flight takes about 3 hours. Other options: drive; or take a bus. Traveling from San Francisco in June, things will get a bit warmer in Los Angeles: highs are around 30°C and lows about 19°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 22nd (Thu) so you can go by car to Anaheim.

Anaheim's major attractions are its world-famous Disney entertainment complex, sports teams, and convention center.

Traveling by car from Los Angeles to Anaheim takes an hour. Alternatively, you can take a shuttle; or take a train. In June in Anaheim, expect temperatures between 32°C during the day and 20°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 25th (Sun) to allow enough time to drive to San Diego.

Finish your sightseeing early on the 28th (Wed) to allow enough time to drive to Santa Monica.

A famed resort town since the early 20th century, Santa Monica sits on the picturesque Santa Monica Bay, bordered on three sides by the city of Los Angeles.

Kick off your visit on the 29th (Thu): kick back and relax at Santa Monica State Beach, then appreciate the extensive heritage of Santa Monica Pier, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Santa Monica Bay. On the 30th (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: discover the deep blue sea with Malibu Divers, trek along King Gillette Ranch, then explore and take pictures at Mulholland Drive, and finally stroll around Will Rogers Memorial Park.
