Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.
Step out of Seattle to go to North Bend and see Mt Si, which is approximately 1h 15 min away. And it doesn't end there: enjoy breathtaking views from Space Needle, admire the masterpieces at Seattle Art Museum, stroll around Discovery Park, and stroll through Alki Beach.

Auckland, New Zealand to Seattle is an approximately 19-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and shuttle; or do a combination of flight and train.
