Burnet is a city in and the county seat of Burnet County, Texas, United States. Step out of Burnet with an excursion to Pedernales Falls State Park in Johnson City--about 46 minutes away. There's still lots to do: admire the majestic nature at Longhorn Cavern State Park, experience rural life at Sweet Berry Farm, examine the collection at Highland Lakes Squadron Museum, and contemplate the waterfront views at Inks Lake State Park.

Step out of Fredericksburg to go to Kerrville and see The Museum of Western Art, which is approximately 36 minutes away.
