Indiana's capital and most populous city, Indianapolis is best known for its racecar events and impressive museums, and as the hometown of Kurt Vonnegut.
Kids will enjoy Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum and Indy Racing Experience. Explore Indianapolis' surroundings by going to Salt Creek Trail (in Nashville), Louisville (Thermal Spas, Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, &more) and Columbus (Mill Race Park & The Miller House and Garden).
