You can drive from Glacier National Park to Great Falls in 3.5 hours. Another option is to do a combination of car and bus. In August, daily temperatures in Great Falls can reach 84°F, while at night they dip to 51°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 22nd (Tue) early enough to go by car to West Yellowstone.

Traveling from Great Falls in August, things will get little chillier in West Yellowstone: highs are around 75°F and lows about 37°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 24th (Thu) to allow enough time to drive to Bozeman.

Drive from West Yellowstone to Bozeman in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of shuttle and bus. In August, Bozeman is a bit warmer than West Yellowstone - with highs of 84°F and lows of 47°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 26th (Sat) to allow enough time to fly to Georgetown.

Traveling from Georgetown in August, expect nights in Crazy Horse to be somewhat warmer, around 51°F, while days are much hotter, around 77°F. On the 31st (Thu), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can fly back home.
