West Glacier is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in eastern Flathead County, Montana, United States. Attractions like River Rafting & Tubing and Glacier National Park make great kid-friendly stops. Change things up with these side-trips from West Glacier: Glacier National Park (Jackson Glacier Overlook, Virginia Falls, &more). Gardiner serves as the gateway to Yellowstone National Park's northern entrance, marked by an iconic stone arch.
You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Horseback Riding Tours and Wilderness Connection. Venture out of the city with trips to Sacajawea Park (in Polson) and Cooke City (Cooke City Montana Museum & Yellowstone Trading Post).
