Writer Pearl Buck once called New York City “a place apart,” and this giant urban center remains unlike any other in the world.
Deepen your sense of the past at sights like 9/11 Memorial and Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine. Step out of New York City to go to Lido Beach and see Lido Beach, which is approximately 44 minutes away. And it doesn't end there: go for a walk through Central Park, pause for some serene contemplation at St. Patrick's Cathedral, take in panoramic vistas at Top of the Rock, and take a stroll through Times Square.
