When traveling from Mount Rainier National Park in July, plan for slightly colder days in Olympic National Park, with highs around 24°C, while nights are about the same with lows around 13°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 24th (Mon) to allow enough time to fly to Portland.

Traveling by flight from Olympic National Park to Portland takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. Prepare for somewhat warmer weather when traveling from Olympic National Park in July: high temperatures in Portland hover around 33°C and lows are around 17°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 25th (Tue) to allow time to drive to Cannon Beach.

On the 26th (Wed), kick back and relax at Manzanita Beach, then immerse yourself in nature at Oswald West State Park, and then immerse yourself in nature at Ecola State Park.
