Step off the beaten path and head to Dungeness River Audubon Center and Museum of Pop Culture. Head to Pike Place Market and Elliott Bay Book Companyfor plenty of shopping. Get out of town with these interesting Seattle side-trips: Future of Flight Aviation Center & Boeing Tour (in Mukilteo), Picnic Point Park (in Edmonds) and Jardin du Soleil (in Sequim). Dedicate the 12th (Wed) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area.
