Emerald City

Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.
Explore Seattle's surroundings by going to Kirkland (ILovekickboxing & Waverly Beach Park), Hindu Temple & Cultural Center (in Bothell) and Olympic National Park (Hurricane Ridge, Murhut Falls, &more). Dedicate the 28th (Mon) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. The adventure continues: shop like a local with Chihuly Garden and Glass, see the interesting displays at The Museum of Flight, browse the fresh offerings at Pike Place Market, and meet the residents at Seattle Aquarium.
