Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.
Visit Bruce Lee Grave Site and Point No Point Lighthouse & Park for their historical value. Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Pike Place Market and Childhood's End Gallery. Venture out of the city with trips to Marrowstone Point Lighthouse (in Marrowstone Island), Northwest Trek Wildlife Park (in Eatonville) and Fort Worden State Park (in Port Townsend). The adventure continues: look for all kinds of wild species at Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge, admire the natural beauty at Bloedel Reserve, stroll through Tolmie State Park, and walk around Kerry Park.

In February, daily temperatures in Seattle can reach 50°F, while at night they dip to 40°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 18th (Tue) early enough to travel back home.
