The town of Telluride is the county seat and most populous town of San Miguel County in the southwestern portion of the U.S. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Yankee Boy Basin and Fourmile Falls Trail. Buffalo to Telluride is an approximately 32-hour car ride. You can also fly; or drive; or take a bus. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 2 hours traveling from Buffalo to Telluride.
