The Jackson Hole valley is approximately 97 km (60 mi) long and 24 km (15 mi) wide, encompassing the town of Jackson, Teton Village, and the northern section of Grand Teton National Park.

On the 7th (Mon), get engrossed in the history at Adams Museum, then go deep underground at Broken Boot Gold Mine, then contemplate the long history of Adams House, and finally stroll the grounds of Mount Moriah Cemetery. Here are some ideas for day two: pause for some photo ops at Tatanka: Story of the Bison, admire all the interesting features of Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway, then get engrossed in the history at D.C.
