Explore Savannah's surroundings by going to Hilton Head (Hilton Head Island Bike Trails & Coligny Beach). Getting from Charleston to Savannah by car takes about 2.5 hours. Other options: take a bus. In June in Savannah, expect temperatures between 89°F during the day and 72°F at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 16th (Tue) early enough to travel to Key West.

Key West

Located just 140 km (90 mi) from Cuba, Key West is an island only about 6.4 km (4 mi) long and 1.6 km (1 mi) wide.
Shop till you drop at Alan S. Maltz Gallery and Art On Duval Key West. Let the collections at The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and Key West Lighthouse and Keeper's Quarters Museum capture your imagination. Spend the 17th (Wed) exploring nature at Dry Tortugas National Park. And it doesn't end there: glide peacefully along the water with some of the best stand-up paddleboarding in the area, get some thrills out on the water with a waterskiing or jet-skiing adventure, take a tour by water with Boat Tours & Water Sports, and see majestic marine mammals with a dolphin and whale watching tour.
