Emerald City

Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.
Discover out-of-the-way places like Snoqualmie Falls and Hiram M. Chittenden Locks. Take a break from the city and head to Puget Sound Express and Alki Beach. There's much more to do: pick up some local products at Pike Place Market, view the masterpieces at Chihuly Garden and Glass, stroll the grounds of Bruce Lee Grave Site, and make a trip to Space Needle.
