Santa Fe continuously ranks among the world's top holiday destinations, attracting visitors with its unusual combination of scenic beauty, rich history, cultural diversity, and high concentration of performing arts venues, fine restaurants, and interesting attractions.
Start off your visit on the 24th (Mon): take in the spiritual surroundings of Loretto Chapel, admire the masterpieces at Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, and then pause for some serene contemplation at The Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. On your second day here, examine the collection at New Mexico History Museum, make a trip to Santa Fe Plaza, then see the interesting displays at Museum of International Folk Art, and finally don't miss a visit to Canyon Road.

Atlanta to Santa Fe is an approximately 6.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and shuttle; or drive. The time zone changes from Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Mountain Standard Time (MST), which is usually a -2 hour difference. Despite its relatively small size, Sedona overflows with tourist appeal.
Get outdoors at Slide Rock State Park and Painted Desert. Do some cultural sightseeing at Walnut Canyon National Monument and Museum of Northern Arizona. There's lots more to do: admire all the interesting features of Red Rock Scenic Byway (SR 179), explore the stunning scenery at Oak Creek Canyon, explore the striking landscape at Bell Rock, and relax and rejuvenate at some of the best spas.

You can do a combination of flight and shuttle from Santa Fe to Sedona in 5.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of shuttle, flight, and taxi; or drive. Expect somewhat warmer evenings in Sedona when traveling from Santa Fe in June, with lows around 68°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 28th (Fri) to allow time to travel to Moab.
