Lansing is the capital of the US state of Michigan. Get out of town with these interesting Lansing side-trips: Jackson (Falling Waters Trail & Cascade Falls) and Hudson Mills Metropark (in Ann Arbor). There's still lots to do: stop by Horrocks Farm Market, make a trip to 9-11-2001 Remembrance Memorial, get to know the resident critters at Potter Park Zoo, and take an in-depth tour of Michigan History Center.
