Red Desert

The gateway to Utah's popular canyon country, Moab sits engulfed in the middle of desert wilderness.
Your day by day itinerary now includes Corona Arch as well as Canyonlands National Park. Step out of Moab to go to Arches National Park and see Delicate Arch, which is approximately 38 minutes away. A desert town with an interesting history, Boulder City was created by the United States government in 1931 to provide housing for workers building the Hoover Dam, a famous Depression-era project.
