Georgia’s largest city and capital, Atlanta is a thriving metropolis anchored by its southern roots.
On the 8th (Sun), get to know the fascinating history of Silver Comet Trail and then admire the masterpieces at Booth Western Art Museum. On your second day here, observe the fascinating underwater world at Georgia Aquarium and then examine the collection at World of Coca-Cola.

Miami to Atlanta is an approximately 3.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and subway. Traveling from Miami in May, things will get a bit cooler in Atlanta: highs are around 80°F and lows about 61°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 9th (Mon) early enough to go by car to Macon.
