Poipū is a census-designated place in Kauai County on the southern side of the island of Kauai in the U.S. Kilohana and Prince Kuhio Park are good opportunities to explore the local culture. When in Poipu, make a side trip to see Polihale State Park in Waimea, approximately Waimea away. There's lots more to do: enjoy the sand and surf at Poipu Beach Park, explore the striking landscape at Spouting Horn, admire the natural beauty at Allerton Garden, and take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. Raphael Church.
