Nicknamed the "Entertainment Capital of the World," Las Vegas sits in the middle of a desert in the southern section of Nevada.
You'll explore and learn at Don Laughlin's Classic Car Collection and Titanic. Visiting Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and Gondola Rides at the Venetian will get you outdoors. Get out of town with these interesting Las Vegas side-trips: Valley of Fire State Park (in Overton) and Historic Route 66 Museum (in Kingman). There's still lots to do: shop like a local with The Strip, examine the collection at Shelby American Inc, admire the local landmark of Fountains of Bellagio, and browse the exhibits of Wayne Newton's Casa de Shenandoah.

Bryce Canyon National Park
