When traveling from Madison in June, plan for a bit cooler days in Big Sky, with highs around 69°F, while nights are cooler with lows around 35°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 5th (Mon) so you can go by car to Gardiner.

Venture out of the city with trips to Livingston (Livingston Depot Center, Yellowstone Guidelines, &more), Cooke City (Clay Butte Fire Lookout Tower & Yellowstone Trading Post) and West Yellowstone (Museum of the Yellowstone, Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center, &more).
