Traveling from Provincetown in June, expect slightly colder with lows of 11°C in Franconia. Finish your sightseeing early on the 10th (Sat) to allow enough time to drive to Wells.

Step out of the city life by going to Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge and Wells Reserve at Laudholm. Step off the beaten path and head to USS Albacore Museum and Ocean Ave. When in Wells, make a side trip to see Hampton Beach State Park in Hampton, approximately Hampton away.

Traveling by car from Franconia to Wells takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or do a combination of bus and train. In June, plan for daily highs up to 28°C, and evening lows to 13°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 13th (Tue) so you can drive to Rockland.
