A big city with a small-town feel, Portland is home to the country's biggest rose test garden, perched on a hill overlooking downtown.
Take a break from the city and head to Multnomah Falls and Sokol Blosser Winery. Get some cultural insight at Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum and Red Ridge Farms. Venture out of the city with trips to Carlton Winemakers Studio (in Carlton) and Lange Estate Winery & Vineyards (in Dundee).
