Get outdoors at Arapahoe Basin and Horsetooth Mountain Open Space. Get a sense of the local culture at Butterfly Pavilion and Insect Center and Images of Rocky Mountain National Park. Change things up with these side-trips from Denver: Roxborough State Park (in Littleton), Granby Ranch (in Granby) and Wild Animal Sanctuary (in Keenesburg).
