Seattle — 15 nights

Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.
Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Seattle: Olympic National Park (Hurricane Ridge, Kalaloch Beach Trail 4, &more), Discover Nature (in Mount Rainier National Park) and Tacoma (Washington State History Museum & 5 Mile Drive & Trails). Dedicate the 9th (Thu) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. There's much more to do: take in panoramic vistas at Space Needle, get to know the resident critters at Woodland Park Zoo, explore the world behind art at Seattle Art Museum, and examine the collection at The Museum of Flight.

For other places to visit, ratings, maps, and other tourist information, refer to the Seattle trip itinerary planner.

Honolulu to Seattle is an approximately 7.5-hour flight. The time zone changes from Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time to Pacific Standard Time, which is usually a 2 hour difference. Plan for slightly colder temperatures traveling from Honolulu in June, with highs in Seattle at 74°F and lows at 57°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 19th (Sun) so you can catch the flight back home.
