Go for a jaunt from Trinidad to Eureka to see Sequoia Park Garden about 30 minutes away. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Point Lobos and Pfeiffer State Beach. Escape the urban bustle at Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park and Asilomar State Beach. When traveling from Carmel in June, plan for somewhat warmer days and little chillier nights in Yosemite National Park: temperatures range from 30°C by day to 7°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 17th (Mon) early enough to travel back home.
