Town Too Tough to Die

Founded in 1877 as a mining camp, Tombstone became one of the most storied towns of the "Wild West." As one of the last frontier boomtowns in the United States, Tombstone prospered between 1880 and 1890, attracting cattle rustlers and outlaws.
Get out of town with these interesting Tombstone side-trips: Pearce (Cochise Stronghold & Keeling Schaefer Vineyards), Texas Canyon (in Cochise) and Willcox (Heart of Rocks, Chiricahua National Monument, &more). The adventure continues: take an in-depth tour of O.K. Corral, stroll the grounds of Boothilll Graveyard, take in nature's colorful creations at Rose Tree Museum, and make a trip to Bird Cage Theatre.
