For most people, any mention of Orlando immediately conjures up images of sprawling theme parks filled with characters plucked right out of popular animated movies.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art and International Drive. Get outdoors at Discovery Cove and Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf. Change things up with these side-trips from Orlando: Island Grove Wine Company at Formosa Gardens (in Kissimmee) and The Museum of Seminole County History (in Sanford). Ocala is a city located in Northern Florida. Escape the urban bustle at Sholom Park and Kayaking & Canoeing. Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Florida National Cemetery and Dade Battlefield Historic State Park.
