Nicknamed the "Entertainment Capital of the World," Las Vegas sits in the middle of a desert in the southern section of Nevada.
Kids will enjoy Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens. Step out of Las Vegas with an excursion to Hoover Dam in Boulder City--about 50 minutes away.
