Los Angeles to Santa Barbara is an approximately 2-hour car ride. You can also take a bus; or take a train. Traveling from Los Angeles in November, expect a bit cooler with lows of 46°F in Santa Barbara. Cap off your sightseeing on the 27th (Fri) early enough to go by car to Monterey.

Monterey is a city in the U.S. On the 28th (Sat), admire nature's wide array of creatures at Monterey Bay Aquarium, explore and take pictures at 17-Mile Drive, and then stroll around Dennis the Menace Park.
