Thanks to its proximity to the capital and scenic location on Puerto Rico's eastern coastline, Humacao remains a frequent stop for many international travelers.
On the 1st (Mon), take a peaceful walk through Pterocarpus Forest - Palmas del Mar, then take a tour by water with Team Spirit Hang Gliding & Paragliding, and then see the interesting displays at Casa Roig Museum.

San Juan to Humacao is an approximately 1-hour car ride. You can also do a combination of bus and car. In July, daily temperatures in Humacao can reach 36°C, while at night they dip to 30°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 1st (Mon) to allow enough time to drive to Ponce.

Ponce is both a city and a municipality in the southern part of Puerto Rico. Kick off your visit on the 2nd (Tue): stroll through Pelican Beach, then steep yourself in history at Tibes Indian Ceremonial Center, then get engrossed in the history at Ponce History Museum, and finally contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Cathedral of our Lady of Guadaloupe.

You can drive from Humacao to Ponce in 1.5 hours. Another option is to take a shuttle. Expect a daytime high around 35°C in July, and nighttime lows around 28°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Tue) so you can go by car back home.
